Record number of artworks SCULPTURE Bermagui exhibition
146 sculptures are being showcased as part of the SCULPTURE Bermagui 2021 exhibition, the largest in the show’s history.
Large sculptures can be viewed outside along Dickinson Point Headland and the foreshore of Dickinson Park, whilst smaller pieces can be found inside at the Bermagui Surf Life Saving Club.
President of SCULPTURE Bermagui Paul Payten says he’s thrilled with the record number of sculptures featuring in this year’s event.
“It’s extraordinary. I don’t know if it’s COVID-19, or if our reputation is spreading,” he said.
“For whatever reason, we have such a diverse and extensive range of sculptures from six metres high to 25 centimetres small.”
The exhibition closes on the 14 March 2021.
